The International Sustainability Movement for Agenda 2030 by Aspirant Learning aims to promote awareness of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by involving students as changemakers in implementing SDGs. Through events, campaigns and summits across various cities in India, the movement aims to bring together multiple stakeholders to drive societal change and promote the vision of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam'. Agenda 2030 is an effort by the United Nations to improve our quality of living and sustain the planet for future generations. It will consist of 9 National rounds through which participants will qualify for the International Sustainability Conclave 2024.
SDG SUMMIT GURUGRAM
The Gurgaon chapter of our SDG Movement was hosted by Shalom Groups of Schools from the 20th to the 23rd of July 2023. The summit witnessed a footfall of about 900+ participants and was headed by Mr. Danish Macknight and Mr, Vihan Saraswat. For classes 3-5, there were engaging events like a Speech Competition focusing on SDG 1 & 6 and a Poster Making Competition centered around SDG 11. Moving to classes 6-8, the Debatathon and a Quiz Tournament were the highlights. For older students (classes 9-12) . . . . .
SDG SUMMIT LUCKNOW
The Lucknow chapter of our SDG Movement was hosted by Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Lucknow, from 25th to 27th August 2023. The event drew over 450 participants from 30+ schools spanning 3 cities and was headed by Mr. Aditya Gupta. For grades 3-5, the summit offered a professional speech competition and a best-out-of-waste competition. SDG SUMMIT CHANDIGARH
From October 13th to 15th, 2023, the prestigious SDG Summit in Chandigarh was hosted by Sacred Hearts School, uniting an impressive assembly of over 900 participants from more than 80 educational institutions across 9 cities.
